A sludge plug is used for complete draining of reservoirs, tanks and chambers where silt or sludge may collect. These are mounted in the floor of the tank for effective desludging.
The sludge plug is a simple fabricate cone that is manually operated and guides the lid onto the floor mounted body.
EVS Sludge Plugs are available from aperture of 80mm – 200mm suitable for draining of sludge from tanks/sumps.
A range of fabricated and cast iron sludge plugs are available, standard sizes from 80mm to 200mm. Other sizes are available on request.
Available in aperture sizes (dia) of 80mm – 200mm (larger sizes may be feasible upon application).
